EYE LEVEL
Eye Level started as an exploration of the culture of toxic productivity in design an education, and addresses the issue in the form of a set of cards. The cards are meant to be played by students with their teachers, and provide a safe space to communicate concerns, express emotions and get to know one another in a light atmosphere. It aims to start a conversation on the culture of over-work, its roots and its consequences, in an attempt to address it through healthy communication.
